Those with a competitive side will love this sports complex, which comprises 220 acres of state-of-the-art facilities and hosts over 170 events every year. The complex welcomes amateurs and professionals, so all can experience the world-class equipment. The complex is a must-see if you’re a fan of baseball, as the site has been the spring training base of the Major League baseball team the Atlanta Braves since 1998.

The Florida Fire Frogs
See Central Florida’s new Minor League baseball team in action at the Osceola County Stadium, situated just off of the 192. The season runs from April to September, with nightly specials and themed game days a regular occurrence.
Orange Lake Resort – Legend’s Walk Golf Course
Spread across an impressive 1,581 yards, this walking course offers golfers spectacular views as they progress through their game. Holes vary greatly in length – from 85 yards up to 222 yards, so tackling this course is no easy feat. Luckily for newbies, Arnold Palmer and Palmer Course Design Company created the rolling fairways and pristine greens to be accessible (and yet a challenge) to all skill levels and ages.
Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate
If you’re looking to practice your swing in Kissimmee, head to the Omni Orlando Resort. Here, you’ll find two championship courses designed by golfing great Greg Norman. Both are 18-hole courses. ChampionsGate is also home to David Leadbetter Golf Academy headquarters, which promises to help golfers ‘build a lifelong swing’. Other amenities include a complimentary valet service, carts with GPS, a beverage cart and a cold towel service.
