Dining at South Seas Island Resort

Harborside Bar and Grill is set looking over the stunning marina. Its chilled atmosphere is created by the charming, nautical inspirations. The food here is classically American, with authentic dishes like Biscuits and Gravy, shrimp and grits and fluffy pancakes. As the hotel is located right next to the sea, the seafood and fish are caught daily, making these dishes very fresh indeed!

Doc Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille is inspired by a fictional character from a best-selling novel and offers Carrabin inspired cuisine with classic Carrabin flavours. Seafood features a lot on the menu with dishes such as Original Lime Panko Crusted Fish Sandwiches and Yucatan Shrimp Tacos. The restaurant has a large selection of rum beverages, including infused cocktails and their signature island mojitos.

The Pointe is a beautiful Tiki bar set by the hotels pool and cabanas. Here, you can get delicious refreshing bites such as the Asian salad and fish tacos. This restaurant has a casual, relaxed atmosphere that you can enjoy with friends or family. Taste their signature cocktails to cool you down.
